Mark Gardiner is a corporate and commercial lawyer. He established a boutique law firm, Teddington Legal, in 2009. Teddington Legal operates with the strong belief that all businesses deserve the advantage that comes with having personalised legal support. Small business and sole-traders can benefit from a service that provides strategic support with a legal underpinning to their business decision making. Mark focuses on IT Contract law and is leading the implementation and development of AGILE contract for IT and softwarre development implementation. Teddington is a full service law firm and can assist with all traditional business advice and assistance and private client work including commercial and corporate law, residential and commercial property legal services, small business law, virtual in house counsel and business succession planning.
